What is Activator?

How does Activator work?

Atomic Activator plugs-into your existing contact manager database (Outlook, ACT! or others—adding 32 additional fields).  You simply assign each contact in your database to an Activator Action plan/campaign based upon where they’re at in your relationship selling process/cycle.  Activator scans the database and automatically prepares all required correspondence in the form of letters, envelopes, email or faxes.  Activator also prepares any action notices for representatives who need to make calls or go on appointments, and notifies management of the sales person’s success and failures throughout the process. Just set it and forget it! Activator via third party software can be made to work with virtually any contact database system.

What’s the difference between Activator and other programs?

While other Contact Relationship Manager databases (ACT!, Outlook, SalesForce.com, Maximizer, Goldmine, SalesLogix,  MS Access, etc.) are great for storing and sorting data electronically which certainly beats the old fashioned Rolodex or paper organizer; however these CRM’s does not complete functions AUTOMATICALLY like Activator. The only thing they do is REMIND & ALARM you that you need to do more time consuming tasks MANUALLY. Why do I need Activator, can’t my Contact Manager do this?

Financing is available on Activator orders over $3,500 (can include customization and on-site training) Example: complete 5 user system @ $4,000 Activator purchase–Loan / $1 Out Lease would be $152.00 for 36 months.  *Must be in business for at least two years.  **Must have at least “B” credit rating (score 650 or greater Experian).

Why is Activator so affordable compared to other systems?

Our mission is to help businesses leverage inexpensive technology and best practices marketing and selling tactics; to out-smart, out-market and out-sell the competition.  A comparable system would cost you many thousands of dollars.  The average high end CRM system cost almost $1,000,000 and takes 12 to14 months to customize and then has a greater than 60% failure ratio.  Obviously those systems are cost prohibitive for most small and medium sized businesses.  Even mid-market programs like SalesLogix are often cost prohibitive and still don’t contain “logic” (sales action plans) out of the box.   You’re much better off buying Activator.  We’ve already figured out what works and how to win more sales without breaking the bank.

Why should I choose Activator vs. the competition on the internet?

What are Activator’s minimum requirements?

Activator requires; MS Outlook 2007, 2003, or ACT! 2008/2007 2006/2005 (Premium or Standard) contact database,  Pentium 3 or equivalent/greater processor, 512K RAM or greater suggested, 120 meg of free HD. space and runs on Windows 2000 and later windows operating systems.  Activator also requires Microsoft Office as MS Outlook is used for emails and MS Word is used for document templates.  *MS Vista OS is supported.  **Activator also supports Microsoft Exchange.

How easy is it to learn and run Activator?

Most customers after having gone through the initial on-line training and set up session, rarely call for additional support.  So it’s pretty simple for most people.  We do have customers who drive us crazy because they don’t read the manual or didn’t order the training (If you don’t order the training ($120), you don’t get free support).

What about training?

With Activator purchase, you will order an on-line training session ($120).  A Mastermind trainer will connect live with you via go-to meeting, to make sure your system is setup properly and provide a 90 minute training session for you and your team.  There is no limit on number of participants.  This training is not a public group training session.  It is specific to your company.

How long will it take to get Activator up and running?

Install takes about 5 to 10 minutes depending on how many Activator add-on’s you purchased.  We do recommend using a sample database until you’ve had your Activator training.  It could take as little as a few hours, days or weeks to customize your program depending on how much customization you’ll desire.  If working with a Mastermind Consultant, a typical customization and training project takes between one to two weeks to analyze your business strengths and weaknesses and write your introductory marketing campaigns and then provide training and role-play with your team on your custom system.

What if I want to switch databases later?

Activator allows you to take your Action Plan and Document Templates and the log of each contacts stage of relationship, and move to another contact manager database program. Only a Mastermind Consultant has the ability to make your sales action plan portable.

Should I hire a Mastermind Consultant or buy Activator and do it myself?

If you have more time than money—do it yourself.  If your time is better spent running your business or focusing on sales, then you should have a Mastermind Consultant customize your program for you.  Since we are skilled in the art of customizing winning sales action plans for businesses, and chances are this would be your first time, for the money it’s not worth the risk in our opinion.  Usually one of the hundreds of new customers you’ll attract with our custom programming will pay for your custom program.  Customization is usually well under $10k and financing is available.
